Flowers, nature’s gift to man and now a gift we give to each other. These flowers have been with us for many years and gifting people flowers has become a culture. But apart from just knowing what these flowers mean, we have to be able to present these flowers in the best way possible.

One of these ways is as a bouquet. Not all flowers go well as bouquets. Knowing the right flowers will help actualize and convey your message in the best possible way. So, here are 4 flowers and that are best for flower bouquets.

Carnations

Bring your bouquets to life with the carnation flowers. This is a flower ideal for special events like Mother's Day, Teacher's Day, and weddings. Carnations get their name from the Latin word “carnis” meaning flesh, referring to its original color of pink. The flower comes in various colors ranging from white to purple. These colors connote different meanings that the flower possesses. It is believed that the pink carnation first appeared on earth from the Virgin Mary's tears, making it one of the greatest symbolisms of a mother’s eternal love.

Chrysanthemums

Named from the Greek prefix "chrys-" which means golden and "-anthemion," meaning flower. A very popular flower known around the world, especially in Japan, there is even a festival of happiness to celebrate the flower. This daisy like flower connotes a lot of things depending on its color. They come in a variety of colors like red, white and purple.

These colors signify different expressions, but the chrysanthemum flower generally signifies joy and optimism. Making them the bouquets at weddings. Chrysanthemum bouquets come out best when different colors are mixed, giving a beautiful and stunning sun-like symbol. The chrysanthemum flower is a bundle of joy and like the carnation, brings life to your bouquet.

Gerbera daisies

This flower is perfect for any occasion. Whether it’s as a gift for a birthday, a wedding or a funeral. The flower helps to express gratitude or sympathy.  It is the fifth most popular flower in the world, and it comes in various colors. Like many other flowers its color signifies its meaning. Gerbera daisy bouquets come out best when different colors of the flower are used.

Roses

Roses are a very common type of flower and have become ideal for bouquets. They are widely used across the world and is the national flower for the United States and June becoming the national rose month.  Although roses are also given at funerals, roses have been seriously associated with weddings where they are usually given as bouquets.

This is because roses generally symbolize love and passion but have different meanings depending on its color. Red, signifies enduring passion, while the white rose signifies innocence, and the yellow expresses friendship. The number of stems in a rose bouquet can also express specific sentiments. Grace any event today with confidence by using the rose bouquet.

Express love, sadness, joy, and sympathy in its fullest when you gift someone a bouquet with these four flowers.
