What if I am not satisfied? (impossible, we know, but...)

While all sales are final -your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with florist shop's service for any reason, feel free to contact us. We will try our very best to come to a favorable solution. If we feel as though a refund is possible- the funds (minus the cost of labor, goods sold, and overhead costs) are returned to the payment method on your original purchase and typically take 24 to 72 hours but may take up to 10 business days depending on the bank processing times.
